During a routine inspection
People and relatives told us that they had given their consent and been involved in regular discussions about their care.
People had detailed, personalised care plans which reflected their individual needs. We saw that these were regularly reviewed.
We found that there were appropriate systems in place to record medication.
People told us that they had been asked for feedback on the service they received at their reviews. One person said, I am very happy with all aspects of my care'. People we spoke with said that they did not have any complaints but knew who to contact if they had any problems. People said that they felt confident that they would be listened to if they raised an issue and that it would be acted on.
