During a routine inspection
The told us the agency provided good quality care. One relative said, 'The care is superb and I commend everything the staff do.' Another relative commented, 'The staff cheer up my (family member) and make their day special.'
Relatives also said they were happy with the staff team. One relative told us, 'The staff are wonderful ' a breath of fresh air. They are very punctual and have a good level of understanding of care.' Another commented, 'I've met four of the staff and they are all cheerful, lively and bright.'
Relatives told us they were regularly contacted by the agency to ensure they were satisfied with the Caring Company. One relative told us, 'The communication from the agency is excellent ' the manager calls us and texts us to let us know what is happening and checks that everything is going to plan.'
