During an inspection in response to concerns

We found people had their needs assessed and these assessments were used to develop detailed care plans. Family members we spoke with gave us very positive feedback about the care their relative received. One family member commented staff did, "What mother wanted, it was all about her.' Another family member commented, 'Staff do whatever they can, they are very professional, friendly and approachable.'

Staff had a good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding. We found all staff had completed recent safeguarding training.

The provider had robust recruitment and selection procedures to ensure the right staff were employed. One family member commented, 'Staff are very professional, friendly and approachable.'

Staff had completed all of their mandatory training within the last 12 months. We found staff had their competency assessed before they took sole responsibility for people they cared for.

We found the provider had systems in place to ensure the quality of the service provided and to ensure that improvements were made to care delivery, where required, following care audits.
