During a routine inspection
We spoke with one person who had recently used the service for some years. They told us the service was 'spot on' and the staff member who had helped to support them was 'excellent'. The person told us they would be happy to use NSS (NE) Limited again in the future.
We saw the agency made sure people were protected from unsafe practices (called safeguarding adults). We spoke with a healthcare professional who had used the agency. They told us, 'We have never had any issues with the agency. We always found them to provide a high standard of care.'
The agency carried out the right checks of new staff before they started work to make sure they were suitable to work with vulnerable people.
The provider had an effective quality assurance system to check that its service was safe and a good standard.
