During a routine inspection
People received a good quality of support. Support plans described each person's needs and wishes and families were encouraged to be involved where the person wished it.
People told us they were included in the planning of their care. One person told us they 'answered loads of questions all about me'. Another person said 'I tell them when I need to change something".
We saw that there was flexibility when people needed additional support at any time.
Staff we met were professional and patient with people they supported. Each staff we spoke with told us they felt very supported by the managers, and received relevant training that enabled them to support people appropriately.
Staff were knowledgeable about keeping people safe. People said that they felt safe using this service and were confident to talk to staff if they had any concerns. One person told us "The office would always be available if I need them".
The service had a system that checked quality and made improvements where necessary.
