During a routine inspection
We found that documents for assessment, care planning, safeguarding, selection and recruitment of staff were in place and would meet current CQC standards.
When people were able to use the service there was suitable information to tell them what was provided in the form of a service user guide. Included in the information were the terms and conditions, what assessment and care planning they could expect and how to complain. There was also a statement of purpose which explained what the agency would provide and the expected qualifications of the staff who would look after them.
We saw that staff were being recruited in a robust manner, which would help protect people who used the service from possible abuse.
