During a routine inspection
There was an infection control policy in place and we saw evidence that staff had been trained with regard to carrying out infection control practices to ensure people's safety.
We saw evidence that an effective recruitment procedure was in place, which included safety checks before starting work.
There was a system in place to manage complaints.
Records were completed for each person who received care from staff and these were being stored securely.
