During a routine inspection
Care plans documented personal details, social activity including a daily support plan and support plans. Care plans also included an emergency grab sheet which contained specific information about the person, as well as any medical conditions and known allergies.
We reviewed the Statement of Purpose for Anglian Link as we had been made aware that changes had been made to who the services are provided to. We reviewed the aims and objectives and saw evidence to demonstrate that these were being met.
We were told by the manager satisfaction surveys were sent to people using the service on a quarterly basis. The records we reviewed were very positive, one noted, 'Really good care'.
