During a routine inspection
We spoke with patients who used the service and they told us that it was extremely easy to book an appointment, one patient told us that they had booked an appointment that previous day as a non-emergency patient. Patients also told us that the doctor's were extremely clear in their diagnosis and explained what the problem was in a way that they could understand. Patients also explained that where possible the GP gave them advice on different ways to be treated and that they were given the opportunity to make informed decisions about their treatment. We found some concerns in relation to the safety and suitability of equipment at the practice.
