During a routine inspection
The appointment system in the practice had worked well for patients. Patient's care needs had been assessed; they had time to discuss their health care issues, and had been fully involved in making decisions about their care and treatment.
People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
Staff had the skills to meet the needs of the patients and their performance was monitored.
There were systems in place to monitor the quality of the service provided and patients felt able to give feedback about the service they had received.
