During a routine inspection
Staff that worked at the home were suitably trained and supported by their managers. This ensured people who lived at The Gables experienced effective and safe care and support that met their needs and protected their rights.
We also found the provider had effective systems in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of the service that people received, as well as ascertain stakeholders views.
The Gables is due to close within the next few months. The person in day-to-day charge of the service and two other members of staff we spoke with during our inspection confirmed new placements had recently been secured for all five people who currently lived at the home.
