During a routine inspection
People told us they were happy with the care and support provided by 360 Healthcare Ulverston. They said,
'I am very happy with the staff that come to help me. They are all lovely'
'My relative is very well cared for and tells me she is always happy to see the girls when they visit'.
All those who used this service had an individual plan of care, a copy of which was kept in their home for them to read if they wished. We looked at the care documentation in the office and found this to be relevant and up to date.
We found that the selection and recruitment of staff to be appropriate and that there were sufficient staff available to provide and appropriate level of care and support.
This agency had a suitable internal quality audit system in place to monitor the safety and quality of the service provided.
