During a routine inspection
People who used the service received care that was planned and developed with them to reflect their individual preferences and choices. One staff member we spoke with told us, "Every person is different and I need to know their individual wishes."
Staff we spoke with told us they felt supported by the manager and received appropriate development that was relevant to their role. One staff member we spoke with told us, "[I am] very happy and honestly enjoy my job."
People were protected from the risks associated with unsafe care as the manager gathered information about the safety and quality of their service.
