During a routine inspection
Care was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. We received positive comments about the care people received. One person said 'the agency provides very good care and we are quite happy.'
People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse. There was a safeguarding policy in place for the protection of adults and staff had attended training in safeguarding . This meant people were protected against the risks of abuse.
Staff received appropriate professional development. People we spoke with did not have any concerns about the skills and competence of their care workers.
The service had effective systems in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of services people received.
