During a routine inspection
During this inspection we looked at the information provided to people who may use the service to inform them of the type of support they could expect. We saw evidence that people's needs were assessed prior to receiving a service to ensure the service could provide appropriate person centred support and care. At the time of the inspection the service provided personal care and support to one person.
Care records we looked at confirmed the person who used the service and their relatives had been fully involved in making decisions about the care provided. We saw there had been regular reviews of the care to ensure it continued to be suitable.
We checked to confirm that staff employed by the service were properly recruited and pre-employment checks had been undertaken.
We found that the service was well managed and responsive to the needs of staff and the person they supported.
