During a routine inspection
People's comments included 'I'm very happy with the care' and 'the girls so far have been excellent.'
We found that the care needs of people using the service were assessed and recorded in their care plans. Risk assessments had been completed to make sure that people were cared for safely.
The company had up to date procedures for dealing with concerns about the welfare of people using the service. The manager and care workers had completed safeguarding adults training. This meant that people were protected from the risk of abuse.
The company had thorough recruitment policies and procedures to make sure that all required pre-employment checks were carried out. This meant that people using the service were cared for by suitable staff.
The company had systems to make sure that all required records were kept up to date. This meant the provider could monitor the standards of care and support provided to people using the service.
