During a routine inspection
When we spoke with people about the standard of care and support provided by carer staff they told us it was 'Very good.' They said the carers were able to communicate well with the people they supported and were considerate and respectful. They were less positive about the administration and management of Enchor and communication with them. They did however indicate this had improved recently.
Care plans and care assessments were satisfactory and there was a review process in place which ensured peoples changing care needs were able to be identified.
We found staff recruitment processes were satisfactory and included the necessary checks to protect people who received care.
