During a routine inspection
We looked at care plans for people who used the service. Each person's care plan was centred on their individual needs and contained detailed information about how staff should support them. We saw that people that used the service were involved in the care planning wherever possible.
We looked at the arrangements in place for protecting people from the risk of abuse. We found people who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
The provider had an effective system in place to identify, assess and manage risks to the health, safety and welfare of people who use the service and others.
