During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who used the service and they gave us positive feedback. We were told that they were provided with information and care that was tailored to meet their needs and they were happy with the treatment and support they received. One person told us "I am fully satisfied and have been using the service for six years so I am obviously very happy". We found that the provider had suitable consent policies in place and these were utilised accordingly, we found that medication was handled appropriately and the complaints policy was available in a format that met people's needs.
