During a routine inspection
One person said, "I have found them really understanding of my relative's needs and they have a good understanding of her as a person. I could not have wished for a better company," another person said "they are always on time; they are brilliant, the girls are young and bubbly and will do anything for you; they are good like that."
The care records we reviewed showed people who used the service were involved in making care decisions and had consented to their care. The care plans were up to date and people had their health and welfare needs met.
We spoke with two care workers who were very complimentary about the agency and the support they received. One care worker told us, "the managers are very accommodating and very helpful" Another said, "they must have done their background work very well they give a personal touch, they speak to the families and have built up a good reputation."
