During a routine inspection
We saw that the provider emphasised person-centred care and attempted to provide care built on people's positive capabilities. This meant that as well as care at home the provider offered assistance with other activities such as companionship which might take place outside the home.
People who used the service expressed satisfaction with the care they received from the provider. They told us that staff visited them on time as arranged and that they appreciated consistency where the provider could arrange this ' 'I have no problems (with the provider) ' I have the same staff regularly and there is no problem'. One person said that 'the team of carers I am getting in now are brill'.
