During a routine inspection
We saw a staff team that were happy and positive about the work they were doing. We were shown the workshops and facilities of the day centre with obvious pride and delight at peoples' achievements. Although we cannot report on these there were people attending who received support with personal care and staff who worked across both parts of the service.
We spoke with a registered manager who was very clear about the quality of service that they wanted to provide to people. They talked about having very few numbers of people 'on their books' at the moment but said they were looking to grow and provide support to more people, but not at the cost of quality.
