During a routine inspection

We spoke with two of the four people who used the service at the time of our inspection. Both persons were satisfied with the quality of care they experienced. They were satisfied because care workers were punctual and because they carried out all of the routines that had been agreed when people's needs had been assessed. One person told us, "The carers are good, I cannot praise them enough." Another person told us, "I'm more than happy with the care. The same carers visits me which is important to me." Both people told us that they felt that the service was well run.

The service was in it's early stages of operating. The operations manager told us that the service would gradually increase the number of people it provided a service over the next 12 months. Documented evidence we reviewed showed that the service had a solid infrastructure in place. Staff demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the needs of the people who used the service.
