During a routine inspection
People told us that they had been given the information they required to give their consent prior to any treatments. We found their were suitable arrangemnets in place to seek people's informed consent and this had been recorded in their records.
People told us that they were very satisfied with the care they had received and the staff always discussed their treatment choices and options with them. One person commented that 'The care is very good'. We found that the dental records included people's medical history's and information about their ongoing dental health.
People said they were satisfied with the cleanliness of the surgery. We found that there were suitable systems in place that had been used in practice to maintain a clean environment and prevent infections.
People told us that they had been asked for their views with regards to the quality of the service. We found that there was an appropriate system in place to monitor the quality of the service.
