After our inspection the provider wrote to us and said that all of the shortfalls would be addressed by 28 February 2014.

Staff were courteous and polite. They consulted with people about the assistance they wanted to receive.
People had received all of the health and personal care they needed. Records confirmed that this assistance had been provided in a safe, reliable and responsive way.
The provider did not have robust arrangements in place to help safeguard people from abuse.
Some of the necessary security checks on staff had not been completed. This reduced the confidence people could have that only suitable and trustworthy people were employed.
Quality checks were completed to help ensure that people consistently received the support and care they needed.
