During a routine inspection
All the people we spoke with told us they ‘could not fault’ the service. They all told us the staff were always polite and respectful and that they were very prompt.
All the people we spoke with told us the service’s manager kept in touch with them and was very approachable. All the people told us they would feel very comfortable raising any concerns with the management and would know how to do this.
