During a routine inspection
The people we spoke with were very complimentary about the care and support provided by the staff employed by the agency. One person told us, 'The staff are very good and look after me very well.' Another person said, 'The staff arrive on time and always make sure I have everything I need before they leave, I am very pleased with all aspects of the service.'
People also told us staff always made sure their homes were secure before they left which they found reassuring. They said they were aware of the complaints procedure and knew who to contact if they had a problem.
The staff we spoke with told us there were clear lines of communication and accountability within the agency and they were supported through a planned programme of supervision and training.
