The provider had set up systems to check the quality of the service. The management team carried out audits and checked the standards and quality of the service. We saw actions had been completed to address any outstanding issues.

Staff told us they felt supported and the service was well managed. There was a clear management structure with easily identifiable lead roles. The registered manager told us, “I am proud that staff, people, and residents are happy. We have made this home the first provider of choice. A staff member said, “The managers are very supportive, we discuss points together. The manager asks our opinions and does listen.”
