During a routine inspection
People told us they received the care, treatment and support that met their individual needs. People confirmed they were relaxed and comfortable with staff, who were respectful and provided positive support. One relative told us, 'We used to stay when the staff came but now we know they are doing everything they are supposed to do. It's good to be able to trust them.'
The support was provided by skilled staff who knew the needs of people well and what to do to assist them. People said they had no concerns about the service and knew how to raise concerns should they need to. One relative told us, 'We've been asked if there's anything that can be improved upon, but there isn't. We're really happy with the service.' The staff received training to ensure they could meet the individual needs of people using the service.
Quality monitoring systems were in place whereby the quality of the care was reviewed and monitored.
