During a routine inspection

We spoke to five people who had used the service who told us they were happy with the care they had received. One person told us she was "very happy with the service here." One person said the "scan had been a good experience." One person told us that the service had been "very efficient and the staff very polite."

We found that people's needs and risks had been assessed and treatment planned and delivered taking into account individuals needs. We observed systems in place to protect people from abuse. There was adequate skilled staff and a robust system was in place which assessed and monitored the quality of service provision.
