During a routine inspection

The agency currently only provides care for one client. The person using the agency who we spoke with said they were supported by a "great" carer whom they trusted and who they felt knew them well. The person we spoke with said that they did not have any concerns about the service. They told us they felt safe with the care provided by the agency and knew how they could contact the office to make any changes or raise any concerns. They said they had been included in agreeing to the care provided by the service and said they would recommend the agency to other people. They told us that the agency carer was "A really good help" and was "polite" and "nice."
