During a routine inspection

People told us they were consulted about their care and support and that they were involved in making decisions about their lives. They told us the staff were friendly and that they felt safe with them. They also told us that staff helped them to be as independent as possible. One person told us: 'I wanted to be in a flat and now I am. It's turned out very well. I can hardly believe it's happened.' Another person told us: 'They (staff) are very good and we do lots of interesting things.'

People told us they understood that there were some restrictions on what they could do because of risks but that they had been consulted about this. They knew that any restrictions were reviewed because their needs changed. People also told us that staff would try their best to put things right if there was a concern. They told us they knew there were other people they could talk to outside of the service if they needed further support and how to contact them.
