During a routine inspection
One person who used the service told us 'the care given is very good', another stated 'they soon put it right if you need anything'. A relative told us 'they keep me informed'. One person described the home as 'ok'.
The majority of people told us that the care provided was of a good standard. People had access to health services such as GP's.
Audits were carried out on the building and we saw that appropriate checks had been made to ensure that the building was safe.
The provider had carried out sufficient pre employment checks on staff.
The provider had not received any formal complaints in the last 12 months and had a procedure in place for dealing with any complaint.
