During a routine inspection

We were able to telephone the carers of three out of the five adults with learning disabilities who currently receive a one-to-one service from 'Care With A Difference'. They told us they were "very happy" with the service. One person we spoke with described the service as reliable, with "friendly, enthusiastic staff." People told us the service enabled the person they cared for to enjoy and participate in group activities in the community, such as arts and crafts, or go for walks or shopping trips.
