During a routine inspection
We spoke with a dentist, the operational manager, the reception staff and a dental nurse. We also spoke with five people visiting the practice during our visit. People that used the service were very positive about the care they received. One person using the service told us, "I have been coming here for three years. The service is respectful, flexible and highly professional." Another person said, "I can't say enough good things, it is top - notch here. My dentist really knows their stuff and inspires confidence."
People told us they felt safe and the service had policies to protect vulnerable people and children from the risk of abuse. There were effective systems in place to minimise the risk of infection and staff received appropriate training and support to carry out their roles and responsibilities.
People told us they were confident that any complaints would be properly investigated and resolved.
