During a routine inspection

We spoke with three patients who spoke favourably of the dental practice. They told us they were treated with respect and felt involved in their care and that they were given appropriate information by the dentist, which enabled them to make choices about their treatment. Comments such as, 'They explained everything before they did it' and 'I'm happy with the dentist' summed up the views of patients we spoke to during our visit. The patients confirmed they had no concerns about the dentist but were confident to speak to the dentist if they felt they needed to.
