During a routine inspection

We spoke with patients when we visited who all commented they were very happy with the service. They all said they saw the dentist regularly and commented they felt the care they received was: 'Good', 'Brilliant' and 'Excellent'. They confirmed that the dentist always explained what they were doing, what they had found during examination and what the treatment options were including risks and benefits. Plenty of information was given verbally however those we spoke to all commented that they did not receive any written information regarding treatment plans and costing.

Patients also told us they were unaware of how to raise complaints or make comments on the service. They had not seen any information in the practice regarding this. They also commented the practice appeared very clean and tidy.
