During a routine inspection
The people we spoke with told us they were happy with the service and were involved in their dental treatment plan. One person said, "the dentist always explains everything. They show me x-rays, or use a model or pictures to discuss the treatment options."
Staff at the service felt supported by their manager. One member of staff we spoke with told us, "we talk every day and can sort out any issues straight away."
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
The provider had an effective system to assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.
