During a routine inspection

During our inspection we spoke with six people attending the practice for appointments, including adults and children. People said they were treated with courtesy and respect, and their treatment choices were explained to them. From looking at records we saw that clinical staff carried out appropriate clinical assessments and people were involved in decisions about their care and treatment. The practice had systems in place to decontaminate instruments effectively, and staff maintained safe hygienic procedures. People told us they found the premises were always clean.

Appropriate staff recruitment procedures had been set up and the provider had set up systems to monitor the quality of the service.
