During a routine inspection
'Whenever I've been they've explained everything to me and given lots of reassurance.'
'I have very sensitive teeth. The staff, which includes the dentist are always very understanding and polite.'
'I have experience of two dentist practices. This one has been a much better experience. They talk through what they are doing and check you're ok with what they are doing.'
'They were great when I needed an emergency appointment and are very good with the kids.'
Staff we spoke with told us people received a good quality service. They had a good understanding of the systems that were in place to make sure people received appropriate care and treatment.
