During a routine inspection
We found that the practice was clean and tidy on the day of our visit. However there were insufficient processes in place to ensure decontamination procedures were undertaken in line with government guidance.
People said they were treated with respect by staff that were 'friendly' and 'kind'.
There was an effective quality monitoring system in place so that the provider could identify areas for improvement and act on them.
