During an inspection looking at part of the service

On this occasion we did not speak to people who use the service because we were looking at whether the provider had taken action on correctly dating instrument packs; this had been identified as an issue from our last visit. When we visited in April 2012 the people we spoke with said they were satisfied with the treatment they had received and were positive about the service. They said the staff were helpful and friendly. People told us they had been given information about their treatment, including how much it would cost.
