During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people who had received treatment or were due to receive treatment on the day of our visit. Three people told us they had been attending the practice for sometime and another person said they had joined the practice recently following a recommendation made by a family member. All told us they had been very pleased with the treatment and care they had received. People said treatment options and costs had been explained and discussed with them before their treatment started. They said appointment times were flexible and emergency appointments had been offered promptly. Staff were described as being very friendly and helpful. One patient said, ''My dentist is brilliant, the best.'' Another commented, ''All the staff are fantastic I wouldn't go anywhere else.''

No one raised any concerns about their experiences of using the practice. Everyone we spoke with said there had always been good standards of hygiene. One person said ''It's absolutely spotless and always has been'.
