During a routine inspection
We saw that written estimates of required treatment and associated cost were provided. People told us they had enough information about their treatments and could always ask for more.
The practice was clean and tidy. There was an effective process in place for minimising the risk of cross infection and contamination.
Staff were supported and had opportunities for professional development. One person told us 'I absolutely love my job'
The provider had an effective way of assessing and monitoring the service that people received.
