During a routine inspection
There was a patient centred approach to care. People and staff were respected and there was a willingness to meet their needs. Staff attended training and were supported to ensure they were able to carry out their roles.
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. Records were kept securely and access was restricted to authorised personnel only.
