During a routine inspection

All of the patients we spoke with were satisfied with the service they received. Patients told us that they were given a range of options and that they were able to make informed decisions on what treatment they received. They told us staff were always friendly, professional and helpful. They were provided with verbal and written information about the various treatments, including the costs of the various treatments.
