During a routine inspection
They were very complimentary about their treatment, the kindness and attitude of the staff and the cleanliness of the practice.Some of the comments were:
'I was given time to decide whether or not to go ahead with treatment'.
'They always tell you what they are going to do'.
'My dentist explains everything to me in a clear and understanding manner'.
'Professional, respectful, kind and attentive'.
'A lovely clean surgery'.
