During a routine inspection
People expressed their views and were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment.
People's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan. Comments included: 'I have to fill in the health form each time, and tell them of any changes', 'I see the hygienist every 3 or 4 months. He sings to me!' and 'Superb ' 10 out of 10. My children have been to the orthodontist, and are not scared to go. They know they will end up with a nice smile.'
People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
People who use the service said, 'The place is spotless', 'It's very clean' and 'The place is nice and clean and tidy.' One person said, 'The waiting room is more hygienic now, as they have put in a new wooden floor.'
