During a routine inspection

One patient who used the service commented, "I haven't been to a dentist in over three years, this was because I missed two appointments, one of these was when I was in hospital they refused to see me anymore. Now it has been taken over by another company I thought I would try to register again and I must say they have been very nice and signed me up straight away".

Another person we spoke with said, "The dentist is really good, I have never had a problem".

Patients we spoke with were happy with the service they received. Patients said they were asked about their medical history and about any dental problems.

The provider may wish to note that patients told us that they were not always able to get appointments quickly and at a time that suited them.

The provider may also wish to note that the general fabric of the building was in need of repair and redecoration.

We found the practice to be compliant with the regulations we inspected against.
