During a routine inspection
Patients told us that the staff at the practice respected their opinions and decisions relating to their dental regime and said they were satisfied with the service provided at the practice. One patient told us, 'I am very nervous about seeing the dentist but they have put me at ease. All the staff are very good and I feel much better about coming here now.' Another patient told us, 'They have all been absolutely brilliant. I am very satisfied.'
Patients told us they always felt safe whilst attending their dental appointments but also felt confident that any issues of concern or complaints they might have would be addressed to their satisfaction.
Patients told us that in their opinion all areas within the practice were maintained to a good standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Comments included, 'It always looks very clean,' and, 'I think the place is well maintained and clean.'
